Online Registration for Supplementary Courses
All courses are open to UGC-funded undergraduate and postgraduate degree students as stipulated by the UGC, while foreign language courses (French, German, Japanese, Korean and Spanish) can be taken by non UGC-funded undergraduate and postgraduate degree students (excluding those from the School of Continuing Education).
| Registration for Supplementary (Non Credit-Bearing) Courses (Summer Break, 2017-2018)
Courses are open to all UGC-funded undergraduate students.
Registration will come in two phases:
Phase 1: In-person registration open to final-year UGC-funded undergraduate degree students for COPA Preparation Course (PUTO2270)
Date: 20 April 2018 (Friday)
Time: 9:00am ¡V 12:00 noon
Venue: OEE1203, Oen Hall Building
Phase 2: Online registration open to all UGC-funded undergraduate degree students
Registration starts on 20 April 2018 (Friday) from 4 pm onwards.
Courses and workshops are open to all UGC-funded undergraduate and postgraduate degree students.
Online registration starts on 20 April 2018 (Friday) from 9:00 a.m. onwards.
FOREIGN LANGUAGE COURSES
Courses are open to all students (UGC-funded and self-funded undergraduate and postgraduate degree students*) and staff.
Online registration for students starts on 20 April 2018 (Friday) from 9:00 a.m. onwards.
*Students from the School of Continuing Education are excluded.

Full-Fee Refund Policy for Chinese, English or Putonghua Courses and Application Procedures
UGC-funded students who have attended at least 85% of lessons of Chinese, English or Putonghua supplementary courses are eligible to apply for a full refund of course fees within one month after the last lesson of the course. Please refer to http://lc.hkbu.edu.hk/course_refund.php for details.
Please note that the course fee refund arrangement does NOT apply to the Foreign Language Courses.
Refund Policy for Course Withdrawal
Refund of payment is allowed if the request for course withdrawal is due to timetable clashes with other courses/activities organized by the University, AND the request is made BEFORE the class starts. Please submit refund application by email to firstname.lastname@example.org with supporting documents.
Class Arrangements During Typhoon or Rainstorm Warning Signal

If a class of supplementary courses is cancelled due to the issue of the Typhoon or Rainstorm Warning Signals, the course instructor will liaise with students directly regarding the arrangements of a make-up class.
