Please note that this online registration system is used to register for the supplementary courses (non-credit) provided only by the Language Centre.

All the courses are open to all UGC-funded undergraduate and postgraduate degree students.

Courses of foreign languages (French, German, Italian, Japanese and Spanish) are also open to non-UGC funded students and Foundation students.

Announcement

Registration for Putonghua, Chinese, English and Foreign Languages Supplementary (Non Credit-Bearing) Courses (Semester 2, 2011/12) have started.

Certificates of Putonghua Supplementary Courses (Semester I, 2011/12)
Ready for collection at General Office (Room OEE1203) during office hours (MON-FRI 9:00-13:00, 14:00-17:30 & SAT 9:00-12:00)

Refund of the IELTS Prep Course Deposit:
Deadline of refund application for students taking IELTS CEPAS 2011/12: 31 July 2012
To be eligible for a refund, students must have attended 75% of the classes & taken the IELTS CEPAS exam.
Please come to the Language Centre (Room OEE1203) during office hours and
(1) Fill in a set of forms;
(2) Bring a photocopy of the first page of your bank passbook/bank statement for autopayment purposes;
(3) Bring your IELTS Test Report Card from CEPAS/Cambridge.
